Huntung Ghosts

This was a very random day... Here in Miami we have an urban legend of sorts... in the middle of the everglades we have a few abandoned buildings in the everglades.. one of which i visited here... everyone knows this place as the abandoned insane asylum... stories of ghosts and murders whisper in the dark maze of hallways and rooms... every inch of this place is covered in graffiti... i ran into a group of kids who were tagging up the place
... we talked for a bit then out of no where some random guy walked up...we thought it was a cop of coarse. but soon realized he was there as we were to explore.... i was packing up to leave for the night when he began to tell us why he was holding a recorder... a few nights before he was in this same area taking pictures with his friends and captured some forms on film... a few orbs... a green cloud surrounding his friend and a figure in two of the pictures...

he was there to see if he could recreate the phenomena and see if he could capture some white noise in the process.... as it got dark we decided to join him on his expidition. We roamed the halls in utter darkness clustered together as if we knew at any moment something was going to come out around the next corner...

we made it to the other end of the hall way with nothing but an eery feeling of impending doom... in the end it was nothing more than a really fun scary moment four strangers in the dark not knowing what could lie ahead...

Chasing Dragonflies

I had such a blast this weekend... I was playing in the mud with alligators... a few came within 5 feet of me... lol shy lil buggers.... alot of them are just curious and then swim away... but the highlight of the day was on my way back from the levy... as i was hauling ass on the dirt road back to civilization, i rolled the window down to get some fresh air... i looked out the window and saw a swarm of dragon flies flying next to me.... it looked like they enjoyed the little race since the followed me all the way back to the main road... totally wished a was able to get a shot of it.... heres the last few sunset photos your gonna see here for awhile...

The Evolution

LOL... I know its been awhile since I've posted something. so here's a few exposures to get things moving again... I've been practicing using some colors of the sunset since the time change allows me to get out of work considerably earlier... I'm getting ready to do some more artistic photography... lets see how that catastrophe goes lol... but for now enjoy these... as always all criticisms are welcome too
